​Is electricity available at all wedding sites?
Yes! If you need to set up extra lighting or sound equipment, you'll have access to electricity at each wedding site.
Can we bring alcohol?
Yes! Alcohol is allowed under the following conditions:
- Up to two beer kegs are permitted.
- No glass beer bottles—beer cans are allowed.
- Wine and champagne are welcome.
- Underage drinking is strictly prohibited.
Who handles decorating and clean-up?
You do your own decorating and clean-up.
This allows you to personalize the space exactly how you envision it.​​​

Is there space for the wedding party to get ready?
Yes, we provide dedicated spaces for the bridal party to prepare for your big day. Guests are free to use the inside of the chapel, the groom’s den, or for longer stays may rent our neighboring Airbnb, The Farmhouse.

Are there any restrictions on ceremony send-off items?
For outdoor ceremonies, the following are allowed:
- Bubbles
- Birdseed
- Real flower petals​

Please note: Plastic confetti and silk flower petals are prohibited.​

Can I use the venue exclusively for a photoshoot?
Yes! Our venue is available for photography sessions by appointment.

Pricing is as follows:
- Senior photos – $10 per person
- Family photos – $20 per family
- Engagement photos – $20 per couple
​- Other photography sessions – Prices vary depending on the event type and area reserved. Contact us for a custom quote.​​
How much of the park do we have access to?
When you rent the venue, you receive exclusive access to the entire park for the duration of your rental. This means you and your guests can fully enjoy all the open space, natural beauty, and photo-worthy spots the property has to offer.

When you book our venue, you’ll have access to the following:

What accommodations are there for guests with mobility needs?
A golf cart is available to help escort guests with mobility issues around the venue.

​​​Can vehicles be left overnight?
Yes, vehicles may be left overnight if a guest is unable to drive home safely. We appreciate everyone celebrating responsibly!
Are there additional fees for staying late?
Yes. After 1:00 AM, additional fees will apply for any guests, vendors, or wedding party members who are still on-site.
What is your payment and refund policy?
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Please note that all payments are non-refundable.

What happens if it rains on our wedding day?
You always have the option to move your ceremony indoors to Timber's Edge Chapel, and the open air pavilion is equipped with roll-down weatherproof clear sheeting in case of wet weather.​​
